Osciètre Fleuve Amour

origin: China
Our caviars embody the style and quality of L’Osciètre du Faubourg. This caviar is elegant and vibrant. Its grains, of medium size, quite firm with gray reflections, burst in the mouth and reveal delicate marine notes which recall the freshness and finesse of the oyster.

Osciètre Uruguay

The finest beans are selected for their incomparable length in the mouth. Their medium size, firmer texture and golden color contribute to this quality. The powerful aromatic bouquet gives way to notes of butter and hazelnut, offering a nice length in the mouth.

Osciètre Madagascar

Les grains les plus exquis sont choisis pour leur remarquable persistance en bouche. Their medium size is combined with a firm texture and a black tint. Their aromatic bouquet is intense, marked by sublime iodized nuances which then give way to accents of butter and roasted nuts, thus offering a taste experience of admirable length.

Béluga Huso-Huso

Origin: Bulgaria
Its grain is the largest of all caviars. Its taste is powerful and the texture of the grains is creamy. Its color varies in a light shade of gray. This caviar is distinguished by the generous size of its grains and its shades of gray.

In the mouth, the creamy texture of the eggs disperses to give way to finely iodized notes and almond aromas. Additionally, a female sturgeon only produces eggs after 18 years of life. This explains the large size of its grains, often appreciated by consumers nostalgic for wild caviar.
